Tilo can't hear my child
On the child's device, open Settings › Nanabird and turn on Microphone. Headphones with a microphone work best in noisy rooms.
How do I connect my child's iPad?
In Nanabird Parents, go to Family › Connect a child's device. Then type the 6-digit code into Nanabird on the iPad, under Grown-up › Have a code.
How do I change the daily time limit?
In Nanabird Parents, go to Family › choose your child › Daily limit.
How do I delete our data?
In Nanabird Parents, go to Family › Delete family and all data.
How do talk-time minutes work?
Every family gets 15 free minutes. After that, a grown-up can add a minute pack in Nanabird Parents (Family › Add minutes) or in Nanabird behind the grown-ups lock. Packs are one-time purchases: they never renew, never expire, and are shared by every child and device in your family. Only time talking with Tilo is counted; reading and writing practice are free.
I paid but the minutes did not appear
Open the app again while online: the purchase is added automatically. If it is still missing after a day, email us with the purchase date. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
